Retail items can be bought one at a time. For wholesale items the unit price drops as quantity increases; the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is shown on the product page. Many products are sold both ways — when the quantity in your cart reaches a tier, the wholesale price applies automatically.

On negotiable wholesale products, use "Negotiate" to send a quantity and your proposed unit price. The seller can accept, counter or decline. Offers are valid for 72 hours. If you agree, the price stays available in your cart for 7 days.

Describe a product you could not find, or a custom order, and relevant suppliers will quote. Compare the quotes and pick one; it is added to your cart as an order.

The seller sets a target quantity and group price. You join and pay; once the target is reached, orders are prepared. If the target is not reached in time, your payment is refunded automatically.

Credit/debit card (processed by a licensed payment institution), bank transfer and international wire (SWIFT). Payments are taken in TRY, USD, EUR or GBP.

When you confirm receipt or when the dispute window after delivery closes. Until then the payment is held in escrow by Pazarics.

No. You enter card details on the secure page of the payment institution; Pazarics never sees or stores card numbers.

Within Türkiye the seller's rate applies (often free above a threshold). Internationally, the cost depends on your region and the shipment weight; freight options appear for shipments over 30 kg.

It depends on your country. The cart shows estimated import VAT and duties, usually paid on delivery. Industrial goods enter the EU duty-free thanks to the Customs Union.

When the seller ships, the tracking number appears on your order page and is emailed to you.
