1. Application and verification
Create an account and complete the store application: store name, business type, city, tax number and IBAN. Applications are usually reviewed within one business day. Sellers whose documents we verify receive the Verified seller badge; manufacturers whose facilities we audit receive the Audited manufacturer badge, and badged stores rank higher in search and in the wholesale showcase.
2. Listing products
- Photos: 3–8 photos of at least 1000 px on a plain background, from different angles.
- Text: writing in Turkish is enough. The AI listing assistant turns your notes into a title, description and spec table and translates them into five languages.
- Price: enter retail prices including Turkish VAT. Buyers abroad automatically see VAT-free export prices.
- Wholesale tiers: e.g. falling prices for 50+, 200+ and 1,000+ pieces. The first tier is the minimum order quantity.
- Weight and HS code: accurate weight gives correct international shipping quotes; the HS code is used for duty estimates and the export declaration.
3. Fulfilling orders
Confirm
Confirm new orders; the buyer is told it is being prepared.
Ship
Ship within your handling time and enter the carrier and tracking number. Print the packing list and proforma invoice from the order page.
Invoice
Issue the legal e-invoice from your own accounting system. Export invoices are VAT-exempt.
Get paid
When the buyer confirms receipt or the dispute window closes, the amount moves to your withdrawable balance; withdraw to your IBAN at any time.
4. Wholesale tools
- Negotiation: answer buyer offers from your panel; the assistant suggests a fair counter-offer based on your tiers.
- RFQ board: quote on open requests in your categories; you are notified when a request is sent to you privately.
- Group buys: set a target quantity and group price to pool retail buyers into one wholesale order.
- Promotions: create flash deals and store coupons.
5. Commission and payouts
No setup or monthly fees. When a sale completes, a commission of 12% applies to retail orders and 6% to wholesale and RFQ orders (on the order total including shipping). The minimum payout is ₺250,00.
6. Rules
- Products must be made in or sourced from Türkiye, with accurate origin information.
- Counterfeit, prohibited and export-restricted goods are not allowed.
- Taking payment outside the platform is forbidden — it removes buyer protection.
- Try to answer messages within 24 hours; your response rate is shown on your store page.
