FAQ
Who can sell?
Manufacturers, wholesalers, brands, workshops and sole traders registered for tax in Türkiye. Sellers whose documents we verify get a "Verified" badge.
How do I ship internationally?
When an order comes in, hand the parcel to your contracted carrier or a postal/courier service. Shipping is calculated automatically for the buyer's country; small parcels can go as micro-exports with ETGB.
When do I get paid?
When the buyer confirms receipt, or the return period after delivery ends, the amount moves to your withdrawable balance. Withdraw it to your IBAN at any time.
Do I have to translate my listings into every language?
No. Writing in Turkish is enough; the AI assistant translates your listing into English, Arabic, Russian, German and French. You can edit the translations.
