2. Personal data we process

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address; for business accounts, company name and tax number.
• Transactions: orders, carts, negotiations, RFQs, messages, reviews and questions.
• Financial (sellers): tax number, IBAN, balance and payouts. Card details are never processed by Pazarics; they go directly to the licensed payment institution.
• Security: IP address, session data, login times, security logs.
• Marketing (with consent): your email marketing preference.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Creating and performing accounts and orders, delivery, returns and buyer protection (performance of a contract),
• Invoicing, tax and e-commerce obligations (legal obligation),
• Fraud prevention, platform security and service improvement (legitimate interest),
• Commercial emails (consent).

4. Sharing

Data may be shared with the relevant seller to fulfil your order (name, address, phone), with payment institutions and banks, with carriers, with authorities where legally required, and with our hosting and email providers. Because we sell to buyers worldwide and offer automatic translation, some data may be transferred abroad with appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses). Only the text to be translated is sent to the AI translation service.

5. Retention

We keep data until the purpose ends and statutory limitation periods expire (e.g. 10 years for commercial and tax records). When you delete your account, data not subject to legal retention is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may request access, information, rectification, erasure, objection, information about recipients and compensation (KVKK Art. 11; GDPR Art. 15–22). Send requests to destek@pazarics.com.
