Pazarics simplifies selling abroad for every seller, from a small producer making a first export to a factory shipping containers.
Micro-exports (ETGB)
Shipments worth up to €15,000 and weighing up to 300 kg can be exported from Türkiye under the simplified Electronic Commerce Customs Declaration (ETGB) via courier or post. Your courier files the ETGB on your behalf; these shipments count as exports and may qualify for VAT refunds. Check the details with the Ministry of Trade and your accountant.
Prices and VAT
You enter prices including Turkish VAT. For buyers whose delivery country is outside Türkiye, the system automatically shows and charges the VAT-free price, and you issue a VAT-exempt export invoice.
Customs Union and free trade
Industrial goods sold to the EU are exempt from customs duty with an A.TR movement certificate. Preferential tariffs may apply to the UK, EFTA, the Balkans, Georgia, the UAE, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Chile and other FTA partners with an EUR.1 or origin declaration. By showing buyers estimated taxes for their country, Pazarics reduces cart abandonment caused by price surprises.
Incentives
Turkish companies selling online abroad may benefit from Ministry of Trade support programmes for marketplace fees, advertising, overseas warehouses and certification. Follow official sources and your exporters' association for current conditions.
Logistics tips
- Enter weights including packaging; accurate shipping quotes reduce returns and complaints.
- For wholesale shipments over 30 kg, groupage road freight (Europe) and LCL sea freight are usually far cheaper than courier.
- For food and cosmetics, check labelling and certification requirements of the destination (e.g. Halal, FDA, CPNP) in advance.
